Why We’re Making These Changes
We’re updating Channels for two reasons:
• Practical: This is the first step toward unifying ViewNexa Apps and ViewNexa Channels into a single, seamless portal. The new design lays the foundation for future features and cross-product functionality.
• Strategic: Streaming video is complex. It’s not just about tech; it’s also about monetization, partnerships, and marketing. Our mission is to simplify that complexity. By redesigning now, we’re making it easier for you to distribute and monetize video across today’s fragmented ecosystem.
This refresh is just the beginning of a bigger vision.
What You Need to Know
• Contracts & Billing: No changes. Everything stays the same.
• Downtime: None expected. The update will be seamless.
• Integrations: All ad tags, analytics, and distribution endpoints remain active.
• Training: Your team won’t need retraining.
• Some sections have moved in the nav bar.
• New settings are available for Admin users.
• Icons and colors are refreshed.
• Your workflows, data, live streams, assets, and permissions remain unchanged.
